Once we receive your request, we will reply as soon as possible to let you know if those dates are available or not. Then we will confirm your stay via email or phone.

Cancellation Policy: If the cottage is cancelled 1 month or more prior to check-in, a full refund will be issued (minus $100 per week for 1 bedroom cottages, and $200 per week for our 3 bedroom cottages). Should guests cancel 30 days or less prior to check-in they will only be refunded day for the day minus deposit providing another guest secures the cancelled guests’ dates.
Payment Frequency: 50% of the balance is due by April prior to arrival and the remaining balance is 30 days or more prior to check-in
